A limit switch is installed on the cover of the main engine. When the inspection door is opened, the mixing motor will be automatically powered off to facilitate maintenance.
The oil sealing technology is adopted at the shaft end of the main engine to ensure the reliability of the shaft end sealing to a large extent.
The blade and liner are made of wear-resistant material, which greatly improves the service life.
The cement metering bucket is suspended on the frame by sensors, which has stable structure and high reliability.
The water metering bucket is suspended on the frame by the sensor and discharged by the water pump.
The additive metering bucket is measured by a single lifting point sensor, and the metering cylinder is made of stainless steel.
Aggregate batching system
Aggregate batching system is composed of aggregate storage bin, metering bucket and flat belt.
Four pull sensors are installed in the aggregate metering hopper.
Air control system
Equipped with a 1 m3 compressed air compressor.
The main pneumatic pipe is aluminum plastic pipe, and the connection between solenoid valve and cylinder is galvanized lock nut joint, high quality sub large pipe and Pu pipe.
The upper and lower parts of the cement silo are respectively equipped with a level meter.
In order to prevent the powder from arching, an air blowing device is installed in the cone of the silo, and the electromagnetic valve is used to control the release of compressed air to break the arch.
